morning-gloryThis morning, I went for a hike up the mountain, and I was reminded of something very important:

Sometimes, we don’t need to say anything at all. It’s all out there already. All we have to do is to be still and listen.

  1. The meaning gets lost in the translation from Chinese to English, but there is a saying that “The early morning — crack of down — is the air that supports life.” Morning runs are one of my favorite times.
